To request a return, customers should contact our customer support team with order details and reason for return. A return authorization (RA) number may be issued for tracking purposes.
Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of returned items. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
