Customers may initiate returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving their order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2.  Return Process:

To request a return, customers should contact our customer support team with order details and reason for return. A return authorization (RA) number may be issued for tracking purposes.

3.  Refund Process:

Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of returned items. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4.  Exchanges:

Exchanges for defective or incorrect items are facilitated promptly upon verification. Replacement items are shipped once the return is processed.
